                                  This course is designed for those who have little to no experience with QuickBooks. The course is broken down into two levels containing a total of 15 lessons and a practice file. The cost for each level of training is $175.00. Here’s what you’ll learn:

                                  Lesson 7: Receiving Payments and Making Deposits
                                  Lesson 8: Entering and Paying Bills

                                  QuickBooks Level Two ($175.00):

                                  Lesson 9: Analyzing Financial Data
                                  Lesson 10: Setting Up Inventory
                                  Lesson 11: Tracking and Paying Sales Tax
                                  Lesson 12: Doing Payroll with QuickBooks
                                  Lesson 13: Estimating and Progress Invoicing
                                  Lesson 14: Tracking Time
                                  Lesson 15: Customizing Forms and Writing QuickBooks Letters

                                  How does it work?

                                  Students are emailed the practice file along with their first lesson. Students review the lesson, practice with the practice file, and return their test to the instructor. Upon successful completion of each lesson, the next lesson and test score will be emailed to the student. Upon successful completion of each level, students will be emailed an attractive certificate of completion, suitable for framing, that can be printed and attached to resumes or emailed directly to prospective employers. All instructors are Intuit Certified ProAdvisors with teaching experience.

                                  What if I have questions?

                                  Questions can be asked of the instructor via email, and all questions will be answered within 24 hours (usually sooner).

                                  How long do I have to complete each lesson?

                                  There are no time limits, so you can take as much time as you need for each lesson. Remember, using QuickBooks is a skill, and learning a new skill requires practice.

                                  What do I need to learn?

                                  A computer, QuickBooks, and a valid email address.

                                  Can I take the course if I don’t have QuickBooks installed on my computer?
                                  Yes, but its much easier to practice if you have QuickBooks on your computer. Often, Intuit offers free trial versions of QuickBooks, so you can test drive and practice with the product.

                                  How much does it cost?

                                  There are two levels of instruction. Each level costs $175.00. You can review what is taught in each level at the top of this page.

                                  Do I have to complete both levels?

                                  No. You can complete level one and then decide if you would like to continue on to level two.
